Travel to Las Vegas, NV
Arrive in Las Vegas at any time during this day if you plan to partake in the bachelor or bachelorette festivities – or simply want to spend a couple days in the Las Vegas area before we head to Utah.
It's Party Time
Bachelor & bachelorette parties in Las Vegas. If you are bringing a guest to the wedding, they are more than welcome to join one of the bridal party groups for a day of fun. Specific plans for the day are being organized by our bridal party.
Heading to Santa Clara, UT
We will be renting vans and driving to the vacation rental this afternoon. If you did not travel to Las Vegas earlier in the week, we can pick you up at the airport on this day if you plan to join the caravan or meet you at the home in Santa Clara.
Please note that we can have a limited number of vehicles at the house, but there is overflow parking a few blocks away. We can check-in to the house at 4:00 p.m. Plan to land before 1:00 p.m. Las Vegas time if you are flying on this day.
Free Day in Santa Clara
Have fun exploring the area around Santa Clara, UT. Go out for a hike, stroll around St. George, or just hang by the pool. We will also be handling some pre-wedding preparations and having a mini-rehearsal during dinner this evening.
Free Day to Relax or Explore
Use this time to hang out, book a fun excursion, soak in the pool, head with us to Zion National Park for a hike, or whatever else you feel like doing. We will be packing up in the evening to head out the next morning.
You Don't Have to Go Home, But You Can't Stay Here
That’s a wrap folks! We will be heading out Monday to catch outgoing flights from Las Vegas in two shifts—one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Please send us a message with your travel times once your flights are booked.

Get Excited
We, along with our parents, can’t wait to have you as our guests for the week. We will be providing the following for the trip:
- A vacation rental home in Utah.
- Transportation between Las Vegas and Santa Clara, UT, to the wedding day events, and to Zion National Park for a Sunday hike.
- Dinner Thursday-Sunday evening, along with a selection of beverages, snacks, and ingredients for making additional meals at the house.
Where Are We Staying?
Paradise Village at Zion
We have rented a vacation home in Santa Clara, UT that can accommodate our whole group (and in real beds too). The house includes a theater room, air hockey, outdoor space with a gas fire pit, and private hot tub. We will also have access to a community pool, hot tub, and gym.

Things to Do
If you are looking to spend your free days in Santa Clara doing something other than lounging by the pool, there are plenty of options in the area to keep you busy. The city is surrounded by beautiful nature and recreation areas, or you can head into town to eat, shop, and explore if hiking isn’t really your thing.
What Should I Pack?
We will send out more detailed info on this as the trip gets closer, but here are a few things to keep in mind.
- Being in a desert climate, temperatures could be anywhere between 60-100°F with an average high of 85°F in May. So, layers are your friend.
- On the wedding day, we want everyone to be comfortable in the weather and location, but do ask that you please avoid jeans or extremely casual/athleisure wear. Think dressy casual.
